The weekly Friday protest being staged by Ethiopian Muslims for the last several months will NOT take place tomorrow. The organizers have called off the protest for tomorrow after learning regime's plan to incite violence in order to find an excuse to obstruct the annual Eid prayer, scheduled to take place either Saturday or Sunday. According to the plan leaked to the organizers, the government had recruited hooligans who will incite riots by attacking the Imam of the Grand Anwar Mosque. This riots would then be used to as pretext to prevent Muslims from praying at the Stadium, as they have done for years. Therefore, Muslims across the country are requested to pray tomorrow's Jum'a at smaller Mosques without protest of any kind to deny the regime any excuse to to get on the way of the Eid prayer. This year is Eid prayer is expected to be the largest ever.
